We walk through the architecture, then show it running live across real procurement processes in our platform. You will see why one improvement in the right place makes every agent and every process using it better at the same moment, and why this holds up in production when pilots do not.

Session 03: The Agentic Skills Playbook for Procurement

A practical playbook, not a vision. Which processes to start with and why. What ships with Mercanis out of the box, and what only your own team can write. How to get category know-how out of your experts’ heads and into something your people and your agents can both use.
Plus the two questions every rollout runs into: who owns a Skill once it exists, and how you tell whether something belongs in a workflow or in a Skill. Most teams get the second one wrong on their first attempt.
